Welcome to Purple BodyBalance! We are delighted to support your wellness journey. To make sure everyone has a safe and positive experience, please read these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you agree to these guidelines.

1. Our Services

• Purple BodyBalance offers wellness, fitness, and body balance services, including sports massage, personal training, coaching, and programs designed to help you feel your best. 

• All sessions and programs are tailored to your individual needs and are subject to these Terms.

2. Informed Consent

• Before each session, clients are asked to give verbal informed consent for treatment or personal training activities.

• Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and your session will be adjusted accordingly.

• By participating in sessions, you acknowledge and accept the physical nature of the exercises and activities involved.
  
  

3. Client Responsibility

• It is the client’s responsibility to inform Purple BodyBalance of any changes in physical or medical condition, including injuries, illnesses, or other health concerns that arise between sessions.

• Failure to provide accurate or updated information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your sessions.
  
  

4. Permissions

• By engaging with Purple BodyBalance services, clients grant permission for their first name, location, and photos to be used for promotional or social media purposes unless a written request to withdraw permission is submitted.

• You can update or withdraw your permission at any time by providing written notice.

5. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).

• Are able to safely participate in wellness and fitness activities.

• Will use our services responsibly and lawfully.
  
  

6. Health Disclaimer

• Our services are designed to support general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program.

• Purple BodyBalance is not liable for any injury, loss, or illness resulting from participation in programs or services.

7. Payments and Refunds

• Fees are clearly outlined on our website or during your consultation.

• Payments must be made via our approved methods.

• Refunds are offered at our discretion.

• If you have made a booking and already received part or all of the goods (ie personal training session, sports massage session, links for training programmes, video platforms, digital downloads, access to part of the website that is behind a paywall, links to access online courses, calls or recordings) you waive your right to cancellation.

• To request a refund,  email rach@purplebodybalance.co.uk indicating clearly the reasons for the request, and, if you meet the criteria for a partial refund, we will issue the refund within seven working days. The refund will be issued via the payment method you used at the time of booking.

• Fees may change with notice.
  
  

8. Respectful Conduct

We strive for a safe, positive environment. Clients agree to:

• Treat staff and other clients with respect.

• Refrain from inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive behaviour.

• Respect property and equipment.

Purple BodyBalance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for behaviour that violates these guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, social media, and materials (text, images, videos, logos) belongs to Purple BodyBalance.

• You may not copy or use these materials without permission.
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

• Purple BodyBalance is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to services or website use.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
  
  

11. Termination

Purple BodyBalance may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or for safety reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
